1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your purchase and use of products sold by Rime Designs, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company located in Denver, CO. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

We sell wall-mounted storage solutions for skis and snowboards, including the Ski Alpinrack and Snowboard Alpinrack. Descriptions, specifications, and images are informational and may be updated without notice.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
• Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout as required by Colorado law.
• We may refuse or cancel any order (availability, pricing/info errors, suspected fraud).
• Payment is due at purchase. We accept major credit cards via Shopify Payments.
• Your order is accepted when we ship the product.

4. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt in original, uninstalled condition with all components and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is not refunded. Refunds issue to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the return.

6. No Warranty

Products are sold "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Product Use and Installation

• Products are rated to hold up to 15 lbs of gear.
• You are solely responsible for proper installation per the provided instructions.
• Check for electrical, gas, and water lines behind walls before installing. Failure can result in serious injury, fire, or death.
• Verify your mounting surface can safely support the product and stored gear.
• Do not install above people, walkways, or workspaces.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for damage to walls, property, equipment, or injury resulting from installation or use. Rime Designs, LLC operates without product liability insurance; by purchasing you acknowledge this and assume all risks of installation and use.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rime Designs, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your installation or use of our products or your violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is the property of Rime Designs, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Denver County, Colorado.

12. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time; changes are effective upon posting.
