Rime Designs, LLC ("we", "us") sells ski and snowboard racks at rimedesigns.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order information. When you buy, our checkout is run by Shopify. Shopify collects your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and payment details to process the order. We see the order details, not your full card number.
• Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email, phone number and message you enter.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
• Your cart. The items in your cart are stored in your own browser until you check out. We do not receive them until then.

How we use it

• To fulfil and ship your order, send order updates, and handle returns.
• To answer your messages.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

Shopify (checkout and payments), Resend (delivers contact-form messages to our inbox), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms. Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver the order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, returns and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept until the conversation is resolved and then for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a limited time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email rimedesignsco@gmail.com. You can also manage the information Shopify holds through your Shopify account, if you created one at checkout.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
